Refund policy

  • Eligible Returns

    • We only accept returns for products that are in their original packaging and show no signs of use.

    • Items that are opened, damaged, used, or missing components cannot be returned.

  • Return Shipping Costs

    • Customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

    • A return label can be purchased through us, or you may choose to use your own carrier.

  • Return Timeframe

    • All return requests must be made within 15 days of receiving your order.

  • Refunds

    • Once the returned item is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
